Project inquiries

The homepage brief and public contact form send your name, email, project category and message to a Supabase function. Successful inquiries are stored in a restricted database so the studio can review and respond. Submitting an inquiry is not a contract or paid order. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information. For access or deletion requests, email contact@aweconcepts.com.

Accounts and project materials

If you sign in or save a project, Awe Concepts processes your sign-in email, design selections and supplied content. When an order is available, the service also processes uploaded files, payment status and revision requests to prepare and deliver the website. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.

Private materials and public content

Résumés and original documents are stored privately and are not automatically extracted or published. Photos and information selected for your website become public only after owner approval. Avoid residential addresses and private phone numbers in public content fields. Supported image uploads are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata.

Providers

Firebase Hosting Classic serves the public studio. Supabase provides authentication, private database storage, file storage and backend functions. Stripe hosts secure checkout when the selected package is available. Payment availability and mode are confirmed at checkout; never enter payment details outside Stripe's secure checkout. Card details go to Stripe, not Awe Concepts’ database. A configured transactional email provider may send order notifications. Routine template generation does not use third-party AI services. For paid website orders, the required checkout agreement includes authorization for Awe Concepts to share submitted website content and selected images privately with OpenAI ChatGPT Work for AI-assisted preparation and refinement. This authorization is recorded with the order. Studio-owner review is required before publication. Private documents such as uploaded résumés are not automatically part of this handoff. For questions or requests to withdraw authorization before processing begins, contact contact@aweconcepts.com. Optional studio fonts load from Google Fonts. Fictional template previews can load sample photography from Unsplash, which may receive your IP address. Approved customer websites use customer-supplied authorized images instead.

Your account session

Email-code sign-in stores an access token and refresh token in this browser tab’s session storage. The client sends the access token as a bearer token to Supabase and refreshes it when needed. Signing out clears the local session and requests remote revocation. The current account client does not send cookies to the cross-origin API. No marketing analytics or advertising cookies are configured.

Hosting, ownership and revisions

These terms are defined in the package you review before checkout. Do not assume unlimited hosting, a free custom domain, unlimited changes or an ownership transfer. Unpublished revision drafts do not replace the current live version until approved.

Launch status and privacy requests

Payment options shown at checkout may change. We retain account, order, payment-reference and project records as needed to deliver services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes; we do not store full card numbers. For access, correction, deletion requests or details of applicable retention periods, contact us. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
